A road in Stockport has been cordoned off following an incident, with a large emergency services presence at the scene.
Police and ambulance services were scrambled to Redhouse Lane in Bredbury at approximately 6pm this evening (August 22), according to eyewitnesses.
The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed, but a cordon remains in place. Pictures show at least five police cars in attendance, and eyewitnesses report seeing an air ambulance land in Bredbury Recreation Ground, which borders Redhouse Lane.
