A huge new Farmfoods store has opened its doors in Liverpool.
The new store, which is the eighth Farmfoods now open in the city, replaces Poundstretcher, which closed more than a year ago.
The supermarket is based at Wavertree Retail Park, joining the likes of Home Bargains, Iceland and Matalan.
Farmfoods specialises in frozen food and, according to its website, believes “passionately that frozen food is the best solution for most family meals”.
The supermarket also stocks groceries, chilled foods, bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well a range of household products.

Farmfoods is well known for its bargain prices and offers customers the chance to receive special offers, discounts and exclusive deals when registering via its website.
Those who sign up will be emailed personal vouchers for extra savings off their next shop at Wavertree or any other Farmfoods shop.

The new store in Wavertree has a large free car park for customers and is now open from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm on Saturdays and 10am - 4pm on Sundays.
