Huge haul of cannabis plants found in Mapperley Park flat

A haul of more than 100 cannabis plants has been found at a flat in Mapperley.

Nottinghamshire Police’s Drug Support Team discovered the cannabis plants at flat in Elm Bank Drive in Mapperley Park.

The discovery was made on Wednesday, September 11, after a report of a water leak at a neighbouring property.

A total of 108 plants were seized in the incident. No arrests have been made and police said enquiries are ongoing.

A spokesman for the force said: "If you have any information about the plants you should call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 389 of 10 September 2019."
