Chinese tech giant Huawei has stepped up its legal fight against sanctions from the United States. The company has filed a motion in court to have bans on its business deemed unconstitutional.
US federal agencies and contractors are prohibited from using Huawei equipment for national security reasons.
The company says its latest legal move is an effort to speed up the legal process.
