Howard Stern slams 'painful' Meghan and Harry documentary in blistering rant

American radio host Howard Stern didn't hold back as he tore into Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's new Netflix documentary.

The 68-year-old blasted the pair for acting like "whiny b*****s" and said he had found it "painful" to watch the first three episodes of their documentary.

The first instalment saw Prince Harry compare his late mother to Meghan, speak about unconscious bias and explain how he felt "harassed" during palace-organised press calls.

Howard said he barely made it through the first episode before becoming fed up with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

"It's been painful. I wouldn’t stay with it, but my wife wants to watch it, so, we have shows we watch, but they come off like such whiny b*****s.

"I gotta tell you, man, I just don’t get it," he said during Monday's episode of his SiriusXM radio show.

He added: "I get Prince Harry being p****d off at the monarchy for his mother. They treated her like s**t.

"That Prince Charles was such a f***ing c**t to Lady Diana."

Howard said that while he felt empathy for Prince Harry over the passing of his mother, he felt the royal came across as "whiny".

"Jesus Christ, when those two start whining about, 'Wah wah wah' and 'They don’t like me' and 'She wants to be beloved in this country', but man, oh man.

"It's just very weird to watch two people who keep screaming, 'We wanted our privacy, we wanted the press to leave us alone'.

"And then what is their special that they put out on Netflix? Showing you them and their kids and their life. It’s like the Kardashians – except boring," the radio host said.

Howard isn't the first to have compared Harry and Meghan's docuseries to The Kardashians, with Piers Morgan tweeting: "This is worse than Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Something I didn’t think was humanly possible. #HarryandMeghanonNetflix."

But others hit back, with one tweeting: "Still watched it though!? Not even some of their loyal “fans” have watched it yet! Like a little child on Christmas morning waking up to watch it and tweet about it hey Piers!? Top Guilty Pleasure for you imo :D."

Another joked: "I thought you would really enjoy it. Really shocked to hear it’s not your cup of tea."
