How to watch, stream and listen to Seahawks at Falcons Week 8

The Seattle Seahawks head south Week 8 to face the Atlanta Falcons, their second NFC South opponent this season. Sunday also marks another early kickoff, set for 10:00 a.m. PT. Over the last 19 early games, Seattle is 13-6 in the 10:00 a.m. timeslot.

With a win in Atlanta, the Seahawks would be 4-0 in road games to start the year for the first time since 1980, tying a franchise record.

“We’re going back on the road again,” coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday. We’ve had pretty good success on the road so far with the games we’ve had. It sets up another opportunity to get out there. Big trip. We leave on Friday. Try to make the most of it, get cranked up and get ready to play another good football game.”

After spending two coaching stints in Seattle, Falcons HC Dan Quinn is well-versed in Carroll’s strategy and the Seahawks’ style of play.

“There’s a lot of familiarity here, as you know,” Carroll noted. “That always makes it interesting when you’re trying to game plan and all that. They know us and we know them. It makes for a really good, interesting preparation. We’ve got to play good. We got to get going.”
