How to unlock the MK35 ISR in BO7 and Warzone
Based on Activision’s weapon description, the MK35 ISR has the lowest recoil in its class while maintaining a fast fire rate. This makes it incredibly easy to stay on target, even during sustained fire. It also comes with clean iron sights, giving you more flexibility when choosing attachments. However, compared to other ARs, it deals slightly less damage and has slower handling, so you’ll need to rely more on positioning and accuracy to win gunfights.
Its Prestige Attachment, the 19” MFS Nightfall Suppressed Barrel, is a strong upgrade. It extends your effective damage range, keeps you off enemy radar while firing, and tightens your hipfire spread.
The main method to unlock the MK35 ISR is through the free tiers of Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 3 Battle Pass. You’ll find it as the High-Value Target (HVT) reward on Page 3 of the Battle Pass. To unlock it, you’ll first need to clear the preceding pages and earn the standard rewards on Page 3 by spending BP tokens. You don’t need to buy the premium pass, but you have to put in some time.
If you want to unlock the MK35 ISR quickly, focus on maximizing your XP gains by completing daily and weekly challenges. It also helps to lean into objective-based gameplay, whether that’s capturing zones on Hardpoint and Domination in BO7 Multiplayer or finishing contracts in Warzone.
If you own the BlackCell Battle Pass upgrade, there’s a shortcut available. You can instantly unlock Page 3, but I highly recommend accessing Page 12 where the “Saku” weapon blueprint for the MK35 ISR is available.
A store bundle containing a separate blueprint for the MK35 ISR might also arrive at season launch. Purchasing it will give you instant access to the base weapon. Keep in mind that blueprints come with preset attachments, so you still need to level up the weapon itself to unlock additional attachments.
