How to sell your home for free with Strike

The cost of living crisis is touching every area of consumer's lives and with news that The Bank of England could rise one of its most influential interest rates, it may be time to look past the traditional ways of selling a home. Prices of everyday-living is rising and set to continue, so Brits are looking at ways they can save cash.

While selling your home usually comes with some hefty commission for the estate agent, Strike hopes to shake up the industry by offering to sell homes for free, meaning customers can save up to £3,600 when they sell their home.

Traditionally, selling your house through an estate agent comes with fees: Purple Bricks has a fixed fee of £999 across the UK and rising to £1,499 in London and surrounding areas, while YOPA charge between £999 and £1,999. Strike strives to swerve this trend.
