How to secure an iPhone 14 pre-order ahead of release date

The most recent Apple launch event saw the first look at both the iPhone 14 range and the Apple Watch Series 8, with release dates confirmed.

Apple fans have been known to queue around the block to get their hands on the latest gadget, but in the modern era of retail, you can pre-order your device online instead of standing outside the Apple Store.

Here’s a look at when the iPhone 14 will be available to buy and how you can register for pre-orders this week.

When is the iPhone 14 release date?

The official launch date of the highly anticipated iPhone 14 is Friday September 16.

This will include all four new devices: the standard iPhone 14, an iPhone 14 Pro model, a premium iPhone 14 Pro Max model, and an iPhone 14 Max model.

The devices will cost £849 for the iPhone 14, £949 for iPhone 14 Plus, £1,099 for iPhone 14 Pro, and £1,119 for iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The iPhone 14 is launching alongside Apple Watch Series 8, which will also be available from September 16.

How to secure an iPhone 14 pre-order

To make sure you bag an iPhone 14 as soon as possible, you can pre-order the new line from Friday September 9 at 1pm in the UK.

You can also pre-register your interest even earlier at Apple Stores and via the Apple website, getting you an alert as soon as the pre-order goes live for a quicker and easier process.

Pre-order devices will be sent out on launch day, September 16.
