Tourmaline can be mined from both Sunlight Plateau and Frosted Heights in DDV. There aren’t any particular nodes that host Tourmaline—you just need to work your way around the various rock faces in both regions and mine them to see if the sparkly pink gem pops up.
Sunlight Plateau and Frosted Heights cost 7,000 and 10,000 Dreamlight respectively to unlock, so make sure to stock up by completing daily Duties and taking part in events. Interacting with your Villagers, spending time with them, and giving Gifts will usually reward Dreamlight.
Tourmaline is a pink gem that sells for 420 Star Coins a pop, meaning it’s worth farming regularly and keeping in storage to build up a nest egg for expensive quests or house unlocks.
