One specific quest in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three has most players stumped, and for good reason. Gathering the clues left by the instructors is one of the most challenging quests in the season, and it will take you quite a bit of time to complete this one.
Securing all these clues and completing the quest will give you a huge amount of XP as a reward to help you progress through the battle pass. However, these clues can be pretty difficult to find as they are tiny and easy to miss unless you are careful.
Here’s everything you need to know about gathering the clues left by the instructors in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three.
Gather the clues left by the instructors in Fortnite Chapter 6 season 3

Instructors have left behind three clues in total, and you will be able to find all of them around the Supernova Academy. All the clues are hidden in this exact POI, so you should make your way over to Supernova Academy as soon as you jump from the battle bus.
Once you land at the location, explore various parts of the POI to discover your clues. These clues are marked with a white diamond icon and tend to sparkle when you get near them.
Here’s where you can find all three clues left by the instructors in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three:
First clue
The first clue is located on the desk inside the NPC, Vengeance Jones’ room, at the POI. You will be able to find a file sitting on top of the desk with Jones’ nameplate on it. This room is located near the west end of Supernova Academy, next door to Shadow Blade Hope’s room.
Second clue
Fortunately, you can find the second clue inside the next room, Shadow Blade Hope’s room. You won’t need to travel much after claiming the first clue for the next one. Simply enter the room and carefully observe the walls. You will be able to find a piece of paper hanging on one of the walls. This is the second clue.
Third clue
The final clue is located in a small room with a long brown table, in the corner of the north end of Supernova Academy. It might take you a while to find the exact room, but once you do, you will see a large blueprint sitting on top of the table in the room. This is the third and final clue you need to gather to complete this quest.
While the first two clues are located right next to each other, finding the third one can be a bit tricky as the room is well hidden in the north end of the POI.
However, don’t be afraid if you still run into trouble with this quest. Many players, including myself, have faced issues regarding bugs and glitches, resulting in the clues not showing up during the course of a match.
Jumping into a new match did fix the problem for me; however, many players have reported that even queueing into a fresh match hasn’t fixed the bug for them. If you are also facing this problem, it would be best to wait until a hotfix is released. Apart from that, there is also a chance that Epic Games could auto-complete this quest for everyone, like they previously did with one of Morgan Myst’s quests.
