The Water Troubles quest in ARC Raiders teaches you a thing or two about the scarcity of the liquid resource in the wasteland, and you can complete the tasks to earn some fantastic rewards.
You begin the Water Troubles quest by obtaining it from Celeste. The gist of the quest is to collect a water sample and hand it over. Here's how you can complete it.

ARC Raiders Water Troubles quest walkthrough
The Water Troubles quest can be broken down into the following parts.
- Locate the Flood Access Tunnel under the Red Lakes Balcony
- Find the intake to the District's Water Supply
- Sample the water
The first task is to find the Flood Access Tunnel in the Red Lakes Balcony area. Located in the Dam Battlegrounds region, I have marked the spot on the screenshot below to make it easy for you. If you're at the exact spot, you'll find the intake of the district's water supply.
You can either approach the spot from below on foot or slide your way down from the top. Be careful while moving down to avoid any fall damage. Enter the tunnel via the entrance and continue on the path to find the dirty water. You'll notice a pipe on your left. Interact with it to collect the sample.
Once you've collected the sample, it's time to head back to Speranza. Keep the sample in the safe pocket if you don't want to risk your quest progress. The closest elevator is at the Red Lakes Balcony itself, but expect to find some ARCs on the way (along with human players as usual).
