The new Peter Pan update has arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and if you’re looking to complete all the content, you need to find and catch Pixieu Dust Orbs around the map. These orbs can be tricky to collect so here’s a quick guide on all Pixie Dust Orb locations and how to get them.
Pixie Dust Orb locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
During the Shadows on the Wall quest, you will be tasked with finding three Pixie Dust Orbs in the village. These are glowing yellow orbs that spawn around the map in specific locations during this quest.
You can find the Pixie Dust Orbs in the following three locations:
- Forgotten Land: Located at the back of the forest near a small pond.
- Glade of Trust: On the wooden bridge near the Giant Willow.
- Forest of Valor: Also located on a small wooden bridge.
You’ll be able to find the Pixie Dust Orbs in these locations and can collect and use them to repair lanterns. However, finding the Pixie Dust Orbs is only half the battle because catching them is also a challenge.
How to catch Pixie Dust Orbs in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once you approach a Pixie Dust Orb, it will start flying away from you. You’re going to have to chase it down or walk into its path. To catch a Pixie Dust Orb, get as close as you can and interact with it to collect it. Just walking into an orb will not collect it.
The best way to catch the Pixie Dust Orbs is to use the magic carpet and glide behind it to chase them. This lets you catch up much faster. You can also use food that helps you sprint faster to chase them down more quickly. Luckily, they’re not too fast, and you don’t need any fancy parkour movement to catch them. Just chase them for a bit and cut off their path till they get close to you.
Once you collect all three Pixie Dust Orbs in the village, you can go back and repair the Broken Lanterns at the crafting station to progress the quest further. We’re now getting closer to the objective of finally meeting Peter Pan in Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s latest update.
