King Charles and Queen Camilla are concluding their historic US tour in Virginia on Thursday after saying goodbye to President Donald Trump at the White House.
Their final day in the US includes attending a party marking the 250th anniversary of American independence, meeting indigenous communities, and discussing climate change projects.
Following the US tour, King Charles will make his first visit as monarch to a British overseas territory, Bermuda.
On Wednesday, the royal couple visited the 9/11 memorial in New York City, where they laid a bouquet of white flowers.
At the memorial, they spoke with victims' relatives, first responders, and local dignitaries, and met with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
