How fast is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 charging speed?

Why is Samsung being so stingy with charging speeds on the Fold 7?
Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7 is the company's slimmest foldable yet, but it still has the same battery and charging speeds as its predecessor.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 has the same 4,400mAh battery capacity as the Z Fold 6. This is not terrible news, considering the phone is ultra-thin and lighter, with reengineered Armor Aluminum rails. So, keeping the same capacity while being thinner is commendable.
Unfortunately, the charging speed remains unchanged at 25W. It is a real shame that a $1,500+ smartphone has just 25W fast charging when Samsung's own $300 A series phone gets 45W charging. While not everyone is obsessed with having the fastest charging, it doesn't hurt to be able to charge your phone quicker if you can.
Samsung has been very stubborn with charging speeds, even for its best flagship S series phones, reserving the faster 45W charging only for batteries larger than 4,500mAh. And since the Galaxy Z Fold 7 doesn't have a larger battery capacity, it's also stuck with the measly 25W charging.
The foldable still supports wireless charging, as does the 15W charging. That's good news since the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, which Samsung also just announced, has dropped wireless charging speeds to a turtle-paced 10W. You also get the same 4.5W Wireless PowerShare reverse charging capability, which is a bonus.
Hopefully, in the next iteration of this foldable, Samsung can figure out how to get to that 45W sweet spot so the foldable is up and running all day in a jiffy when you need it. For now, 25W is decent but nothing to write home about.
Same battery, same charging
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is replaced by the Galaxy Z Fold 7, but other than the slimmer design and a few spec improvements, it's not drastically different. When it comes to charging, both have the same battery and charging speeds, so there are no improvements on that front.
