Hove seafront mural of police officer sparks Banksy debate

  • An alleged new Banksy artwork has appeared on the Hove seafront, sparking debate over its authenticity.
  • The mural, located near Palmeira Square, depicts a police officer spray-painting a love heart made of chains.
  • Banksy expert James Peak told the BBC that verification is only possible if the artist posts the work on his official website or social media.
