Hotel and food service operators are invited to explore new products and services for this year-end high season during Thailand Retail, Food & Hospitality Services 2026 at Bitec's Hall 100-101, Bang Na-Trat Road, daily from 10am to 7pm, this Thursday to Sunday.
Held under the theme "Unlock Global Opportunities For Asean Food And Hospitality Markets" by Kavin Intertrade, this 20th edition will bring leading exhibitors from Thailand and abroad. Raw materials, food and hotel supplies from South Korea and India will also be showcased.
Exhibits are organised into seven main categories. They include Food, Ingredients & Raw Materials; Beverages, Tea & Coffee; Kitchen & Bakery Equipment; Guestroom Supplies; Packaging & Supplies; Technology, SaaS & Instruments and Industrial, Logistics & Others.
Highlight activities include workshops and cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs.
The sessions will cover commercial cooking techniques, modern food trends and career development strategies.
The Thai Bakery Association and Suan Dusit University will conduct bakery demonstrations featuring fusion desserts and international menus.
Participants can also learn to prepare rare traditional Thai appetisers and profitable snack menus, such as krathong thong sai gai (golden pastry cups with chicken filling), khao tang na tang (rice crackers with savoury dip), ma hor (minced pork on pineapple) and por pia thod (fried vegetarian spring rolls with dipping sauce).
A string of engaging activities will be presented throughout the event including sessions on personnel and organisational management led by the Hotel Human Resources Managers Club and the Food and Beverage Managers Association.
Meanwhile, the Restaurant Business Association will also present a seminar titled "How To Manage Your Business To Make A Leap Forward" conducted by coffee master Chan Kamthongtae, aka Ajarn Por, on Friday at 1pm.
