A horror three-car crash in Edinburgh triggered chaos on the roads.
The incident caused tailbacks on Straiton Road, near the ASDA store in the city's Loanhead area just after midday on Tuesday December 15.
Police were called to the scene folloing reports of the accident involving a number of vehicles.
Reports emerged of large tailbacks on Straiton Road near the IKEA warehouse.
It is unclear whether anyone was injured in the incident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We were called to a three-vehicle crash on Straiton Road, near ASDA, at 12.10pm on Tuesday December 15 2020.
“Officers remain at the scene, and the vehicles are being cleared from the road.”
