Yes! Horizon Fitness offers free shipping to zip codes within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders generally take up to 5 business days to be processed.
Keep in mind that Horizon Fitness will only deliver to a safe, dry space, like a garage or porch, unless you pay extra for white-glove delivery or room-of-choice delivery.
What apps are compatible with Horizon Fitness machines?
Horizon Fitness is designed so you can use your own phone or tablet, so their smart treadmills and indoor cycles are built to seamlessly connect with the apps you already use.
Using Bluetooth, Horizon machines can transmit your cadence, speed, and heart rate directly to third-party platforms like Zwift, the Peloton App, Rouvy, and Apple Fitness+. All you need to do is dock your own iPad or smartphone on the built-in media rack, connect via Bluetooth, and start your workout.
What is the Horizon Fitness return policy?
Horizon Fitness offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To start a return, you must first contact their customer support team to receive a Return Authorization Number because returns will not be accepted without this.
All orders and equipment must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging and labels. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Horizon may also deduct a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% from your total refund.
Does Horizon Fitness offer a warranty?
Yes, not only does Horizon Fitness have a warranty, its actually considered one of the best in the home fitness industry. All Horizon Fitness treadmills and indoor cycles come standard with a lifetime warranty on the frame and the motor.
Depending on the model you buy, they also include between 1 and 3 years of coverage for parts, and 1 year of coverage for in-home labor. Just register your equipment on their website right after delivery to stay covered.
