A country house near Edinburgh is set to delight visitors in November with the return of its bonfire night extravaganza. The skies above Hopetoun House will once again light up for the event which will feature fireworks, bonfires, fairground attractions and lots more family fun.
Taking place on November 5, the hugely popular event is returning for its 11th year after being on hold for the last two years as a result of the pandemic.
This year it is due to attract 5,000 revellers to its ' We Will Rock You ' spectacular with daring fire dancers, street food trucks, indulgent hot chocolate and mallows, as well as a firework show set to music.
Designed and produced by Scottish events experts 21CC Group and hosted at the beautiful house near South Queensferry on the outskirts of Edinburgh, the director of 21CC Group, Geoff Crow, stated that it will be a night to remember.

He said: “It’s fantastic to be back and we are thrilled to present this year’s spectacular. It’s always a sell-out and this year is sure to be no different. We’re pulling out all the stops to make up for the last couple of years and have put together a truly stunning show.”
The event runs from 4 pm until 7.30 pm, with the firework display taking place at 6.30 pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance – you can get them here – and children three years and under are admitted free.
The Earl of Hopetoun added: “We’re delighted to see this exciting event return to Hopetoun. It was a tradition for more than a decade and has been much missed over the last couple of years.
"It’s always a stunning display that brings so much fun and this year it sounds like it will be even better than ever.”
