Home burglaries reported in Logan Square: police

At least two homes were burglarized in October in Logan Square on the Northwest Side.

In each incident, someone got in and out of the home through a window, Chicago police said. The burglar stole property including computers, jewelry, handbags shoes, clothing and loose change.

The first burglary happened about 10:40 a.m. Oct. 3 in the 2700 block of North Monticello Avenue, police said. The second happened between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 3900 block of West Wrightwood Avenue.

Police did not provide a description of the suspect.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
