Holly Willoughby tipped to become next Gwyneth Paltrow after launching wellness site

Holly Willoughby could become the British version of Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow after launching her own lifestyle brand.

This Morning star Holly launched her own lifestyle site this month called Wylde Moon, covering issues including wellness, beauty and style.

Gwyneth’s Goop company has been a huge success – and now Holly is following suit with her new lifestyle brand.

Already early predictions are that the popular presenter could pocket as much as £12 million from the exciting new venture.

"Holly has what it takes to be the British version of Gwyneth," said PR guru Nick Eade in an interview with Closeronline.co.uk.

“She has the perfect balance, because she is wholesome and the epitome of the girl-next-door type, yet as we’ve seen with her opening up about sexy stuff in the past, she isn’t scared to talk about her sexuality and she has a fun side.

"People lover her saucy confessions because they can relate to her. Holly appeals to women who want to be friends with her because she is down to earth, and men, who want to be with her because she is a bit naughty yet is a loving, family woman.

"I think Holly will offer a lot of great advice to women. I hope she’ll talk about important things that have often, wrongly, been considered taboo – like sexuality, sexual health, and the menopause – to break down those boundaries."

Holly, 40, launched her new venture last week and described the project as a place where she will “curate, create and share” the things she loves.

Holly said the site “stands as a measure of where I am in life right now” after she discovered alternative therapies while in Australia filming I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

The TV’s star Wylde Moon Instagram account has already attracted nearly 90,000 followers, with Holly having revealed she enjoys meditation and all manner of different techniques to find balance in her hectic life.

"I have things in my own hypothetical toolkit, like meditation and sound baths, that really work for me,” she penned on the social media platform.

"I really think it’s all about finding what works for you, whether that’s going for a run, talking to a friend, or dancing around the kitchen in your pants with a margarita in your hand."

On her official website, Holly wrote last week: “There are so many ways in which we are controlled by social boundaries and I think that we could all do with being a bit more wild and seeing what our parameters and boundaries are on our own terms - not on anyone else’s.”

The business-savvy presenter has been described as a "serial entrepreneur" by PR expert Hayley Smith, of Boxed Out PR, who says the mum-of-three could make as much as £12million from the world of wellness.

"First, Holly isn’t just a TV presenter, she’s a serial entrepreneur with several businesses already under her belt, including lifestyle brand Truly. So she understands industry and demand,” Hayley told the Metro.

“She also added that Holly will likely capitalise on the growing interest in mental health and fitness as a result of the nation's lockdowns.

Wylde Moon will host several different sections including Wylde Women, Wylde Moonboard and Wylde Podcast, the latter of which launched with Girls actress Lena Dunham.

As to why she chose her brand's name Holly said she's always felt an affinity to the moon - a "trusted constant" in her life.

“I’ve always been fascinated with the moon, space, shooting stars and looking up. On holiday, I spend more time on the sun lounger at night than during the day.
