Holly Willoughby jets back from Portugal holiday to self-isolate before This Morning return

Holly Willoughby has jetted back from her holiday in Portugal to self-isolate before returning to work.

The This Morning presenter has been on her annual summer break since July and she, and co-host Phillip Schofield, are expected back on screens in September.

The duo regularly in the Algarve but while Phil skipped the trip this year, Holly and husband Dan Baldwin and their three children, children Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and five-year-old Chester still headed off on their holiday.

However, the Mirror Online has confirmed that the 39-year-old has flown back to the UK early to make sure she has time to isolate at home for two weeks before heading back to the ITV show.

Portugal is currently on the list of destinations that require travellers arriving in the UK to quarantine for 14 days.

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) has been advising British nationals against all but essential international travel to the country since June.
