There is a ‘hidden’ section on Amazon currently offering up to 30 per cent off over 10,000 products which could make a huge difference if you’re planning to make a start on Christmas shopping lists now that we’ve entered September.
Martin Lewis first shared the location of one of the biggest discount sections on Amazon that very few people know about last year on his ITV Show and in this week’s edition of the Money Saving Expert newsletter, the team of consumer experts have spotted massive savings on everything from hairdryers to food mixers.
The world’s largest online marketplace keeps all its returned items and sells them with amazing discounts that also include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
MoneySavingExpert.com explained: “You can get an extra 30% off selected products at Amazon Warehouse until 11.59pm on Fri 3 Sep.
“When we checked on Tue 31 Aug, there were over 10,000 items included. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout and products included in the promotion should be clearly marked with 'Save 30% at checkout'.”
To find and browse all the deals, which are divided up into relevant categories, just scroll down to the ‘Amazon Warehouse’ field on the left-hand side of the search bar on the Amazon home page.
MoneySavingExpert.com added: “A few examples we spotted on Tue 31 Aug include a George Foreman grill with a damaged box for £21.96 (was £31.36), a Remington hair dryer with damaged packaging for £15.32 (was £21.90) and a Russell Hobbs food processor which has been used, but is marked as 'very good' condition for £33.21 (was £47.43).”
Amazon said the discounts are part of its ‘End of Summer Sale’.
