Does Herman Miller offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not usually available as standard with Herman Miller. However, the brand occasionally runs limited-time promotions that offer free shipping, usually alongside other discounts on their products. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, any fees will be calculated based on what items you're buying and which delivery type you choose. These will be shown at the checkout.

As long as the warranty work is done in the U.S. and Canada, the cost of servicing the item is included with the warranty, meaning you can have your item repaired at no cost should you run into any faults or defects. What is Herman Miller's returns policy?
Should you change your mind and want to send your furniture back to Herman Miller, you'll need to notify their team within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, you have 30 days to return your order in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are not included in your refund, and you will be charged a $99 returns fee, as well as a 10% restocking fee if your item isn't in its original packaging.
