With less than 48 hours remaining before May shuffles on its merry way, Sony has unveiled the free PlayStation Plus games for June.
It’s not a bad line-up either—better than Microsoft’s Xbox Games With Gold lineup for June, at any rate—with at least one very good game in the mix.
Here’s the full line-up coming to PS+ subscribers in June.

PlayStation 4
- XCOM 2 (87% on OpenCritic)
- Trials Fusion (79% on OpenCritic)
PlayStation 3
- Zombie Driver HD
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (79% on MetaCritic)
PS Vita
- Atomic Ninjas
- Squares

So, XCOM 2 is definitely worth playing whether or not you’ve played the previous game. It’s a really good game that, admittedly, has some pacing problems and some difficulty curve wonkiness that the first game didn’t have. But still, those problems aside, a very fun turn-based tactical game.
Trials Fusion is less stressful and more laid back. Fun with dirt bikes racing and doing tricks. A fun free game to fire up and play without having to devote too much time.
Of the others, I’ve only played Future Soldier and it’s been awhile. I remember enjoying it, though, and 79% isn’t a bad score. Certainly not for a free game.
