Helen Flanagan says it's 'never ending' after sharing reality of toddler son's tantrums

Helen Flanagan has said it's 'never ending' as she gave an honest glimpse into being a mum-of-three. The former Coronation Street star took to Instagram on Wednesday evening (March 1) after saying she felt 'better' after getting back into her fitness regime.

But when taking some time to herself, it appears that she was still wasn't able to shake off her mum duties. Sharing a snap of her bath on her Instagram Story, the slightly bubbly water could be seen full of various toys - including a Santa, a snowman and a mermaid. "Too tired, went for a bath to relax..." Helen typed alongside the image.

"Still so much housework to do... Not even the energy to take the bath toys out [crying laughing emojis]," she wrote before adding: "Never ending," alongside a sleeping face emoji.

It comes after Helen shared the reality of her son Charlie's 'next level' tantrums. The actress, who is known for playing Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie and is also a doting mum to daughters Matilda and Delilah who she shares with footballer Scott Sinclair, shared a video of the two-year-old in action as she made her way through a shopping centre.

Helen showcased her natural beauty in the clip with a makeup-free look as wore her blond hair swept up into a bun, while sporting a green hooded jacket as she tried to handle the situation while puffing into the camera. "Wow these tantrums are next level," she typed alongside the video which she shared with her one million followers.

She also posted another clip where Charlie was crying as she cuddled him in her arms. The Bursy-born star asked her youngest child: "What's the matter Charlie?", before telling the camera that her little one was suffering from the "terrible twos". In another video, Helen's son looked like he had slightly perked up as she told him: "Listen, you can be my boyfriend but you've got to stop moaning and stop being so greedy."

Last week, Helen shocked her fans after she revealed Charlie had suffered a painful accident while enjoying a half-term trip with his mum and older sisters.

Helen shared how her son had suffered a 'horrendous' injury after slipping while at a water park. "To cut a long story short, Charlie slipped, really really badly and it was awful, absolutely horrendous and I had to get an ambulance and he had snapped his collarbone into two. It was horrendous, so I spent like six hours in the hospital at Stoke."

She added: "I'd like to say thank you to the paramedics and the doctors and nurses who were amazing so thank you so much. That was awful, it's horrible, horrible, horrible to hear your child in pain. It's just horrendous but he's ok. There's actually not much you can do for it. Apparently, it mends by itself but it's horrible when you're a mum and you just wish you could take every pain away from them."
