Helen Flanagan has opened up about how her body has changed in a candid post six weeks after giving birth.
The 30-year-old actress, who welcomed her third child in March, shared an honest post on social media as she opened up about her post-partum journey.
The proud mum of three admitted that her body had changed after all three pregnancies but she felt incredibly 'lucky' to have carried her children.
Helen's latest update follows a long line of cute snaps that she has been sharing as she adjusts to welcoming a baby boy called Charlie.
Alongside the lengthy post, Helen shared a montage of clips that showed off her body during pregnancy and after giving birth to adorable tot.
"Carrying a baby is such a miracle. I haven’t really done any exercise since having Charlie apart from my pelvic floor exercises and enjoying walks with the baby carrier or pram and obviously running around after the two girls," she explained.
"My body has changed with each baby. My boobs have changed a lot with nursing each. The skin on my stomach has changed but I feel so lucky to able to have carried my babies.
The mum of three added: "I took my labour recovery slowly. I think you feel different after each birth it just depends. I didn’t fancy a walk with the pram for about 2/3 weeks after. Wearing maternity pads are not super comfortable and I wanted to wear baggy tracksuit bottoms for weeks.
"As a mummy of girls I want to show them to be confident in their own skin and to love themselves. I do affirmations with them on the school run such as “ I am amazing” “ I can do anything.”
Helen was swiftly inundated with supportive messages as friends and fans praised the mum for her honesty.
"You look absolutely fantastic and your babies are beautiful," wrote one follower.
"Love how honest you are," added a second.
A third wrote: "You look amazing! Mum goals."
Helen and her husband Scott Sinclair have been on cloud nine ever since giving birth to their third child on March 25 - on the same day as Scott's birthday.
At the time, Helen admitted that baby Charlie was a 'dream come true' and looked like a spitting image of his proud father.
Helen and Scott, who are already parents to daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, previously added that their third baby will be their last.
