Helen Flanagan reveals 'exhausting' bedtime routine with kids who 'cry all night'

Helen Flanagan has revealed she is exhausted by her kids’ bath and bedtime routines.

The former Coronation Street actress loves being a mum and has three gorgeous children with footballer husband Scott Sinclair.

But even 30-year-old Helen admits she finds the stress and strains of parenting and motherhood hard to cope with sometimes.

"Anyone else find the bath/bed routine exhausting?” enquired Helen in a post to her one million Instagram fans.

“By then I'm just tired and Delilah has tantrum after tantrum?

"Charlie cries and Matilda and Delilah bicker. Does this resonate with anyone else?"

Helen and Scott celebrated the birth of son Charlie four months ago and have two other children, Matilda, six, and Delilah, three.

In a revealing snap, Helen confidently showed off her incredible post-baby figure sporting some of Kim Kardashian ’s underwear range Skims.

Helen captioned the post: "Four months post-partum with my baby boy."

Fans were in awe over her natural beauty and how great she looked as one fan wrote: "You’re unreal!"

Another added: "Goddess" and a third commented: "What a gorgeous mummy."

However, only a few months ago Helen was savagely attacked by mum-shaming trolls after she showcased her body eight weeks after giving birth.

"Criticism is hard for Helen as she's openly admitted to being insecure and is very self-aware,” a source told New magazine.

"The photo was a happy moment with her girls and she did feel content in her body.

"She got a lot of really lovely comments but the negative comments from mummy-shamers still crept in and they do hurt."

In another post on her social media account, the actress was keen to stress the importance of sharing her breastfeeding journey as a help for future mums.

Helen once said “feeding your baby is the most natural thing and so precious”.

She added: “It is so important to me that I speak openly about my breastfeeding journey, in the hope to support other mums out there with the highs and lows of breastfeeding.

“I was delighted to hear about @mambaby_uk holding a virtual event during breastfeeding week and I am looking forward to watching all the content they have lined up.

“Including expert talks, coffee mornings with breastfeeding mums and some exciting giveaways. Join with me in watching and give their account a follow.”

Helen’s post attracted nearly 20,000 likes as she is seen breastfeeding new baby Charlie whilst sat in a rocking chair.
