CUTTACK: The Orissa high court has asked the state government to pay out within a month an 83-year-old woman the revised salary and pension entitlements of her husband, who had retired as a schoolteacher in 1986, and died in 2010.
Minalata Mohanty had filed the petition seeking the HC’s intervention in the implementation of the order it had issued on November 11, 2004 on her husband Prafulla Chandra Mohanty’s plea.
