Harper Beckham 'really missing' Brooklyn over Christmas as grandparents 'very sad' about feud

Brooklyn Beckham’s younger sister Harper is reportedly “really missing” him over the festive period.

Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz have been locked in a rift with his famous family for months now, with the couple missing numerous high profile family occasions this year, including Victoria and David’s birthdays.

The budding chef has also failed to acknowledge their birthdays and life milestones on social media, such as Victoria’s Netflix docuseries or David’s knighthood.

Brooklyn, who has always had a close bond with Harper, did break his social media silence in July, however, to wish her a happy 14th birthday.

Now, Victoria is reportedly working hard to stay “strong” for Harper and the rest of the family over Christmas, as it looks likely that Brooklyn will spend it with Nicola and her billionaire family in Miami.

The Beckhams, who haven’t been seen with Brooklyn since Boxing Day 2024, are believed to be celebrating the holidays in the UK.

“It's been a year since they last all saw each other and it's something she will never come to terms with. But she won't let it get her down over the festive period as she needs to be strong, especially for Harper, as well as her parents and David's parents,” a source told The Sun.

“Harper really misses her big brother and Nicola.”

Victoria’s mother Jackie and David's mother Sandra are also said to be “very sad” that they won’t see their grandson.

“Brooklyn spent so much time with her parents Jackie and Tony for the first few years of his life and they had such a special bond, while Sandra looked after him so much growing up,” the source said.

“Victoria is hoping that Brooklyn at least calls his grandparents over Christmas. She's given up on him calling her.”

The Standard has contacted representatives for Brooklyn and Victoria for comment.

The latest reports come amid months of distance between the eldest Beckham child, who lives in Los Angeles with Nicola, 30, and the rest of the clan.

Brooklyn failed to invite any of his family to their vow renewal in August and skipped David’s knighthood last month.

His family have been extending olive branches on social media in recent weeks.

David shared a photo of Brooklyn last week while celebrating his Major League Soccer team, Inter Miami, winning the title.

The football legend posted a snap of him posing with the giant trophy alongside Victoria and their kids Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

Underneath it, he also included a throwback photo of him with all his sons - including Brooklyn - when the team he was playing for in 2011 and 2012, LA Galaxy, won the cup.

He captioned the Instagram Story: “License to cry.”

A week before that, Cruz shared a throwback photo with Brooklyn from happier times.

The singer, 20, posted a snap of himself with Brooklyn, Romeo, and David during a sun-drenched family holiday in 2021 and wrote: “Love you guys.”

Despite the gesture, the siblings still do not follow one another on Instagram, with sources claiming Cruz and Romeo “likely blocked” Brooklyn earlier this year.
