The best time to get brainrots with the Galaxy mutation is during the weather event and the Hack Vault for Brainrots Admin Abuse.
Right now, Hack Vault for Brainrots does not have a Traits mechanic. Moreover, brainrots can only spawn with one mutation, and there’s no way to add a second mutation to brainrots in Hack Vault for Brainrots.
