Culinary collab / Rasik Local Kitchen x Front Room / June 19-21

Front Room at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok will host the third edition of "Tastes of Thailand 2026" series with Rasik Local Kitchen from Chiang Mai. The collab will presents a contemporary and creative interpretation of Thai cuisine. Rasik Local Kitchen is led by chef Sala “Waii” Sakdadej and will present Fish cake cracker with aromatic bai lep khrut leaf; Tart with tomato jam and dried fish; Mangosteen salad with charcoal-grilled prawns and Thai herbs; Grilled cuttlefish with wild mushroom chili dip; and Northern Thai forest vegetables with Andaman grouper. Main courses will be served samrub style, beginning with Green curry with beef and fresh bird’s eye chilli. Available at Front Room from June 19-21.

Wine journey / Igniv x Les Parcellaires De Saulx / June 18

Igniv Bangkok will host a wine and dine experience featuring Les Parcellaires de Saulx, a boutique micro-négoce based in Burgundy. On June 18, the dinner explores two of Burgundy’s most revered wine-producing regions through a five-course menu paired with a selection of wines crafted using organic or biodynamic principles. The evening presents a five-course menu paired with top-tier Burgundy wines handpicked by Christian Hotz, Igniv’s restaurant manager and sommelier.

Chefs collab / Clara x Riva del Fiume / June 19

On June 19, chef Christian Martena of Clara welcomes chef Andrea Accordi of Riva del Fiume, Four Seasons Bangkok, for a collaboration dinner inspired by one of Italy’s most beloved ingredients:Il Pomodoro. A celebration of the tomato in all its forms, interpreted through the distinct culinary visions of two Italian chefs united by a shared passion for seasonality, craftsmanship and exceptional produce. For one night only, guests will enjoy an original eight-course menu created exclusively for the occasion.

Kitchen takeover / F*nkytown x Baan Lamyai / June 17

Chalita Uttasart, chef of Baan Lamyai, takes over the kitchen at F*nkytown on June 17, for an evening of food and cocktails by the bar built around Thai provenance and family memory. The food is built on recipes passed down through the women in her family and from books of traditional recipes written by women. Expect a Southern Thai pantry with Roasted oysters tossed with toasted shrimp paste relish and Thai herbs; Songkhla sea bass steamed in a banana leaf with red curry rice; Deep-fried crab meat rolls with house-made salted plum sauce and toasted peanuts; and Phuket-style braised pork belly with shiitake mushrooms.

Wine dinner / Rossini's X JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon / June 12

Rossini's at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit will host an exclusive one-night wine dinner, "North To South Italy – A Journey Through Terroir", on June 12. Presented in collaboration with JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, the evening brings together Rossini's resident chef Stefano Merlo and guest chef Francesco Leone of Basilico. Across an evening of canapés, antipasti, pasta, a signature main course and dessert, the two chefs trace Italy's regional terroir from the cool north to the sun-soaked south — each course paired with a hand-selected Italian wine chosen to mirror the journey.

Four-hands dinner / Bistrot De La Mer / June 12-13

Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok will celebrate French culinary artistry with an exclusive four-hands dinner at Bistrot De La Mer on June 12-13. Chef Sakal Phoeung, chef-patron of Le Corto in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, joins forces with chef Slawomir Kowalik, chef de cuisine of Bistrot De La Mer, to present a five-course menu. The evening begins with an elegant pairing of Crab tartare and oyster; Brittany Langoustine with pig's trotter, Jerusalem artichoke, apple and marigold; Cacao pod-roasted pigeon served with truffled potato mousseline, fava beans and confit leg; and Iberico pork cheek complemented by polenta fonduta, smoked prunes, porcini mushrooms and aged Parmesan.

Beans Coffee Roaster is stirring up Bangkok’s coffee and nightlife scene with the launch of “Make It Dirty”. The campaign aims to bring speciality coffee into the world of mixology through a series of "Dirty Cocktail" creations with the concept: “The Search Ends Here. Discover The Best Dirty In Town". Until June 30, coffee and cocktail lovers can indulge themselves at 12 of Bangkok’s leading bars, where each bar has created its own signature Dirty Cocktail using Beans coffee beans. Participating bar include Sanctuary, Tichuca, Paper Plane Project, 008 Bar, Sundry, Tahona, Gir, Not From San Sebastian, Black Cabin, OFTR, Jerry and Xin Xe Goi. Beans is offering a cross-redemption programme, where customers who receive campaign coupons from Beans cafés can redeem a complimentary Dirty Cocktail at participating bars, while customers visiting partner bars can enjoy a complimentary Dirty Coffee at Beans cafés.

Film night / Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok / June 20

Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok marks Pride Month with a full day of celebration on June 20, bringing together the power of cinema, the spirit of community and a rooftop party paying tribute to Freddie Mercury. The Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok Pride Film Festival returns with a day-long programme of curated, iconic LGBTQIA+ cinema, held at the Grand Studio. Screenings are open to the public with free admission upon advance reservation. Selected snacks and drinks are available for purchase during the screenings. Attendees can also look forward to limited-edition special goodies courtesy of LUSH Thailand. At 1pm, Saving Face will be screened; at 3pm, Grandma Takes Over; at 4.40pm, Rak Haeng Siam (Love Of Siam) will be screened; and at 7.40pm, The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be screened.

Weaving exhibition / Bottega Veneta x Bangkok Kunsthalle / June 14 to July 5

Bottega Veneta presents "Weaving Matter And Memory" at Bangkok Kunsthalle, an exhibition that explores weaving through the work of four contemporary Thai artists. Encompassing approaches to the techniques that are both physical and conceptual, the featured works examine a wide range of artistic expression shaped by weaving techniques past and present. Curated by Somsuda Piamsumrit, the exhibition surveys works by the artists Jakkai Siributr, Imhathai Suwatthanasilp, Supawich Weesapen and Teerapon Sisung, whose practices intertwine narratives of history, the body, economic systems and technology, while often building on traditions of artisanal craft. Inspired by the concept of Intreccio — the signature leather weave at Bottega Veneta — the exhibition treats weaving as a construction method and a mode of thought. The exhibition runs from June 14 to July 5. A public panel discussion will be held on June 21, bringing together the exhibiting artists in a conversation of craft within the context of contemporary art. The project marks the first collaboration of Bottega Veneta with the Khao Yai Art organisation andits Bangkok Kunsthalle cultural institution.

Just as the first ball drops at the global men’s football tournament last night, 40 models scattered, almost inconspicuously, along the iconic street of Songwat. Each model was fashioned in custom-made Nike football jersey looks that blurred the boundaries between sport, fashion and everyday city life in the bustling city of Bangkok. At the centre of the takeover is Nike Goal-Dang, a hyper-local cultural retail pop-up inspired by Nike Football’s ‘Rip The Script’ movement and rooted in Thai culture. Across the world, ‘Rip The Script’ celebrates a new generation rewriting the rules of football culture. The spirit continues at Nike Goal-Dang, inspired by the neighbourhood’s blend of heritage and modern creativity. Local designers sit at the centre of the pop-up, with Thai artists and designers reinterpreting football through their own lens. From IWannaBangkok to Smile Club Thailand, O Thongchai, Teerapol Srisung and Ladderice, each collaborator brings a distinct perspective, transforming the symbols of football into expressions of Thai identity and craftsmanship. Among the highlights is a piece by IWannaBangkok, reimagining the Nike Mercurial Vapor into a custom dress worn by Thai-born global icon Lisa in Nike’s ‘Rip The Script’ film, bridging Bangkok’s creative community with the global stage. The space will play host a series of creative workshops that invite visitors to explore football culture through the lens of Thai design, craft and self-expression. Led by a diverse group of local creatives, the program highlights the work of Jirawat “Maan” Sriluansoi, creator of Thaipography; Ladderice, the Bangkok-based creative studio known for blending football culture with fashion and alternative printmaking through its signature Blueprint Cyanotype technique; and Teerapon Sisung, whose copper weaving practice transforms traditional craftsmanship into contemporary football-inspired creations. Together, the workshops offer visitors new ways to engage with football beyond the pitch while creating their own unique pieces inspired by the game. Nike Goal-Dang is open from June 12–21 in Songwat.

46,000 shops on Line Man across Thailand have registered for the "Thais Help Thais Plus", the govt's 60/40 co-payment scheme. Not only will users get to reap benefits from the scheme, but they also get discounts, free delivery and discount coupons when they order food via Line. The scheme will be applicable from June 15.

Innside by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit’s Luz Bangkok Tapas Bar stages a two-for-one sunset drinks promotion daily dubbed "Social Hours" every evening, pouring selected wines, Chang draught beer and signature cocktails. Options include Tinto Sour, made with bourbon whiskey, red wine, lemon and sea buckthorn-rooibos honey and Cremoso, which combines white rum, cava sparkling wine, tiramisu syrup, mascarpone and soy milk. The Shangri-La Bangkok’s Salathip Thai Restaurant is offfering premium mud crab crafted by Thai chef de cuisine Yanavit Theerasomboonkun. Choose from a selection of indulgent preparations like Steamed mud crab with Banphaeo aromatic coconut dip; Mud crab in creamy Southern curry with betel leaf; and Wok-fried mud crab with curry powder in yellow curry, egg, chilli. Until June 30.

Park Hyatt Bangkok has launched the "Summer Reverie Afternoon Tea", a refined experience where pastry chef Fabrizio Zarate places summer fruits at the heart of every bite. Available until Aug 31 at The Living Room, indulge in peach and Amarena cherry to mango, fig, passion fruit, apricot and strawberry. Highlights include the Peach and Parma Harmony, Strawberry hamachi crostini, Coconut paradise and Apricot Jasmine. A clarified peach tea complemented by Amarena cherry and peach foam is also on offer. To conclude the journey, guests are invited to explore a selection of signature creations from the tea cake trolley.

Anju Korean Rooftop Bar will offer "Blooming Pride", a limited-time cocktail collection — Pride Elixir and Blossom Pride. The sweet side features Vanilla white chocolate jellyfish truffle, Seahorse chocolate cake and Madeleine with Chocolate Shell.
