Guess who? Airdrieonians open their season against Forfar for THIRD year in a row

Airdrieonians will face Forfar on August 3 to kick off the campaign.

This will be third season in a row that the Loons have clashed with the Diamonds on the opening day.

Other early season highlights for the Diamonds will be the visit of North Lanarkshire rivals Clyde, who earned promotion from League Two last term, on August 17.

Falkirk, who were relegated from the Championship last season, will make their first trip of the campaign to the Penny Cars Stadium on August 31.

The first visit to the Falkirk Stadium of the season will be on November 9.

Then the Bairns will again come to New Broomfield on December 28 for the festive clash. Airdrie will finish the season against The Bully Wee at Broadwood Stadium on May 2.
