Guardian Camera Club: Linda W (OPS) on portraiture preserving anonymity
Catching the rays: Sunbather, Bournemouth: view from the pier. A nice range of shots in this set. The photography is in more of a documentary style rather than portraiture of a specific subject whose identity cannot be revealed. Even though the subjects are anonymous the pictures give the impression that the photographer is also hidden. The techniques used in numbers 5 and 6 are the most successful as 'concealed' portraiture. Regardless of the brief the other images are nicely composed and intriguing with good use of colour.
