  • Keep it fresh - First and foremost - have fun with your food, there’s so much you can do in the kitchen so try not to opt for a fridge full of ready meals. Where possible, use seasonal, fresh ingredients so you know exactly what ends up on your plate. That’s why I love Gousto, you’re guaranteed a balanced meal, full of nutrients and cooked from scratch.
  • Don’t cast your carbs to the curb - Carbs are not the enemy, they give you energy, aid muscle recovery and help your brain function. If you’re active or working out, refuel with a healthy reward like my Lighter Paprika Pork Burger with Apple Salad & Smoky Roast Squash.
  • Find your balance - There’s no need to deprive yourself of the foods that you love - life’s about those treat yourself moments! Enjoy lighter meals and healthy swaps, keep active and make balanced food choices and you can absolutely have that delicious dessert or take away guilt-free.
