Gordon Ramsay puts luxury Cornwall holiday home on sale for £2.75m

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has put a former bank he converted into a luxury holiday home on the market for £2.75million.

The Scots-born TV star bought Grade II-listed Trevail House in Fowey, Cornwall, for £1.96million in 2017.

It used to be a Lloyds bank but Ramsay turned it into a two-storey holiday home, which was listed at £4700 a week on rental site Boutique Retreats.

The four-bedroom
property is being sold by estate agent John Bray and
Partners.

Agent John Bray and Partners have been listing the property on their website (BoutiqueRetreats)

On its website, it says: “Situated on the water, with the most incredible river views, Trevail House is a spacious and highly specified
four-bedroom townhouse residence. An iconic and distinctive building, this Grade II-listed property is a well-known landmark in the town.”

It also has a study and a “waterside garden room” with “bar facilities”.

Lloyds closed the branch in 2015 and sold the
property the next year for £785,000.

It backs on to the Cornish town’s estuary – an expanse with fishing and sailing boats.
