Google is giving eligible college students in India one year of Google AI Plus for free. The plan normally costs Rs 399 per month, making the student offer worth nearly Rs 4,800 for a year.

- 2x higher Gemini usage limits

What can students do with Gemini?
Google is adding a dedicated student hub to Gemini, bringing its learning tools together.
Students can use Study Notebooks to take diagnostic quizzes, identify knowledge gaps and generate bite-sized study plans based on their goals.
Gemini Live will also let students discuss Deep Research reports conversationally while on the go.
New Google Search AI tools for students
Google Search is getting several study-focused features. Students will be able to:
- Create interactive visuals for difficult concepts
- Generate practice quizzes for any subject, including standardised tests
- Use Google Lens for step-by-step learning
- Organise projects with notebooks
- Create custom files for studying

The one-year free offer is available to eligible college students in India.
