I'm the first to admit that my kitchen can get cluttered. Even though I'm a trained cook who takes pride in my space, my eclectic collection can start to look like a jumble sale if I'm not careful.
I'm entranced by the Caraway 'Blue Lagoon' collection, freshly launched today by one of the leading brands in the best non-toxic cookware. With baby blue griddles and baking sheets, to fry pans and pots, this is the Caraway's largest curated collection, available with exclusive retail partner, Crate & Barrel.
The brand says: 'Every piece is PFAS-free and crafted with Caraway’s signature ceramic coating for safer, healthier cooking that delivers exceptional performance without compromising style.' That extends to oven and bakeware, too.

I've tested Caraway's ceramic pan (review coming soon), and while it didn't make it to my list of the three best non-stick frying pans, it's still good and has rave reviews from customers online.
As a chef myself, I prefer the golden sear and stainless steel heft I got on the HexClad Hybrid Pan, but if you’re drawn to more stylish designs and you're looking for a more accessible price tag for everyday cookery, Caraway might be your match.
In my tests, I found the Caraway skillet lightweight and the handle (the new Blue Lagoon colorway has a covetable shiny gold one) very smooth and comfortable. The aluminum core heated up quickly, and the non-stick was seamless and easy to clean up afterwards.
My favorite pieces from the Caraway Blue Lagoon launch
Now I've seen the Caraway Blue Lagoon launch, I'm pretty tempted to collect the set. These are my top picks from the exclusive Crate & Barrel collection.
If you have a cupboard full of flaking old pans, you can replace them in one fell swoop with the Blue Lagoon cookware set. I think it's a pretty good price for the amount you get.
Ceramic baking sheets are so covetable because they are so easy to clean; no standing at the sink scrubbing off roasted vegetables or sticky teriyaki sauce.
Non-stick with none of the nasties. I tested this skillet and I found it lightweight, easy to handle, and even easier to clean. The gold really makes the Caraway Blue Lagoon shade look even more elegant.
If you want to simmer pasta and sauce, or whip up homemade curries with tons of veg and protein, you need a sauté pan. Again, I love the gold handle that makes the serene blue really shine.
For frying eggs, omelets, or dishes for one, you need an 8-inch pan. In my kitchen, I use a stainless steel skillet for most of my recipes, then a small non-stick pan of this size for more delicate ingredients.
This non-toxic ceramic casserole pot is not just a pretty face. It can simmer, braize, and oven-bake your ingredients to tender results, without leaching chemicals.
If you're looking for cookware that keeps you totally calm, clean, and feeling cute in the kitchen, I'd definitely consider heading down to Crate & Barrel to see if you can catch a Caraway Blue Lagoon piece for yourself. You might also want to take a peek at the new Crate & Barrel fall tableware collection while you're at it.
