Gogglebox favourites Dave and Shirley Griffiths have delighted fans after confirming they'll be on screens not once but twice this weekend. The television stars, who hail from Caerphilly, updated Channel 4 viewers with the news on Instagram.
The popular series, which has become one of the nation's best TV shows in recent years, usually airs at 9pm on Friday nights. However, the show, which sees a cast of armchair critics react to all the latest TV programmes, will also air on Saturday night this weekend as the cast mark 10 years of Gogglebox.
Confirming the news, Dave and Shirley appeared in a short video clip as Shirley said: "Hi everyone, don't forget to watch tonight's show, have a lovely weekend. Lots of love Shirl."

Dave then added: "Hi everybody, see you later on tonight 9pm on Channel 4, and don't forget tomorrow night Saturday..." before the clip ended prematurely. "Dave - what's happening Saturday? It cuts off?" asked one fan.
"The ten year Gogglebox special 9pm ch4," he responded. The 90-minute anniversary special will air on Saturday, March 11 at 9pm on Channel 4. It will feature cast members old and new, including Steph and Dom, the late Leon and June and Sandra and Sandi. Read more about the former cast members here.
Tweeting about the news, Gogglebox said: "Join us this Saturday at 9pm for a 90min special looking back at some of the greatest moments from the show."
And it seems fans are delighted by the news as Dave and Shirley were inundated with comments. "Looking forward to two nights of Gogglebox," wrote one fan, while another added: "Can't wait I can't believe it's been 10 years."
