Glenn Hoddle praises the key Spurs performer no one is talking about following Arsenal victory

Glenn Hoddle had lauded praise the way of Spurs forward Lucas forward following the sides recent 3-0 success over Arsenal.

The victory leaves Antonio Conte's side just one point behind the Gunners in the table, with only two Premier League games remaining.

Harry Kane netted a brace, whilst in-form forward Heung-Min Son also found the net, with Rob Holding also dismissed for the visitors early on.

Spurs now face lowly placed pair Burnley and Norwich in their final two outings of the 21/22 season, with Arsenal having Newcastle and Everton still to come.

Hoddle, who spoke during the Premier League's coverage on Tuesday evening, was full of praise for the Lilywhites forward, insisting he himself was impressed with the side's strength in depth from the bench.

"With Tottenham now, there is an added string to their bow with Moura coming on. We have good changes from the bench when the opposition is tired," Hoddle began.

"He runs with the ball, he is a bit different, he has a change of pace, he draws fouls, he works hard, he presses people. A nice little combination, slightly different to Kulusevski."

At 29, Moura is facing a difficult decision ahead of him, especially given the partnership that has begun to form in the way of Kane, Son and Kulusevski.

Likely to want to turn the Swedish international deal into a permanent one this summer, the former PSG man still has a contract in North London until 2024.

Bidding to return to the Champions League next season, Conte will face tough decisions this summer, none more so than regarding the imminent future of talisman Kane too.
