Glenisk have returned to production just months after their business was nearly wiped out.
The brand has named itself 'The Comeback Kids of 2022' after an astonishing turnaround from a devastating incident in the autumn of last year.
What may have seemed like an daunting task was difficult at times, but on Tuesday, yoghurt production began again at the facility.
Taking to social media, a Glenisk spokesperson explained: "Four months on from the fire, today marked our return to production with our first two products. As we emerge, blinking into the light, we are almost blinded by the decency of people across this beautiful country of ours.
"We're on our feet because a community lifted us up - with good wishes, prayers, advice, ideas, offers of crowdfunding, machinery, labour and even pocket money.
"To our colleagues and contractors who worked through winter nights, Christmas holidays and weekends, overcoming every obstacle with patience, skill and good humour, we are forever grateful.
"To the retailers who've backed our return, and the customers waiting - thank you. We're really looking forward to this!"
The return to production means that from today, you'll be able to find two products from one of the Glenisk rangers on your supermarket shelves.
Managing Director of the company, Vincent Cleary, said that they have “achieved the impossible” since the infamous fire.
He told RTE: "We were hoping to be back up by Christmas, we are about a month late. But we're after achieving, what for us is, the impossible. We're after getting back into production from what you can see here behind us, there is no factory, to having a small factory once again".
