Glasgow street artist on look-out for mural spots in southside

A Glasgow street artist is hunting for spots in the southside to create new murals.

Negative Destination has transformed bare walls and shutters across the city including Inn Deep and SWG3 in the west end.

The painter even hosted a painted pumpkin trail for Glaswegians to enjoy during lockdown last Halloween.

This time, he is eyeing public places that could use a splash of colour in the south of Glasgow – and he'll do it free of charge.

He shared his appeal on page Govanhill Go: "If you've got a wee wall, shutter or anything you'd be happy with me painting on, give me a shout. I wouldn't be asking for any cash for it, as long as I get a spot to paint my colourful stuff, I'm happy.

"I've attached a few photos of the kind of stuff I do. Hopefully some of you have seen it pop up already."

If you like the look of his work and have a place in mind, get in touch with the artist on Facebook or email Negativedestination@gmail.com.
