Glasgow restaurant announces Southeast Asian inspired festive menu

A city centre restaurant has released their Christmas menu, bringing Southeast Asian inspired dishes with a festive twist.

Mamasan on Ingram Street are accepting bookings now for their Christmas menu, on offer for £39.60 per person - with a beer or bubbly reception for an additional £4.50. The popular spot boasts a stunning mezzanine level with tables for larger groups, the perfect spot for any December get together.

Famed for its fresh and authentic style of cooking, the core elements of each dish are created in-house and made from scratch.

Throughout the venue, DJs are set to bring festive vibes with everything from disco and funk to classic house. They’ll be open every day of the week, from early brunch sittings to late night dining and dancing.

For the festive menus, starters include gin cured salmon with baby beets, Thai fried chicken with wasabi sriracha, beef carpaccio with truffle emulsion, salt and pepper cauliflower or edamame hummus.

For mains, guests can opt for coal roast satay chicken supreme, turkey green curry, roasted squash, coconut smoked short rib of beef, squash massaman curry or pork tomahawk. For desserts, there's a coconut and peanut chocolate delice or a cranberry cheesecake.

Alternate and bespoke drinks packages can be organised on request. The urban-garden roof terrace is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, with panoramic views across the city.
