A trip to a sunny destination on your summer holiday means a chance to visit the beach, drink your weight in beer or cocktails, top up the tan and have a good time.
And speaking of the beach, a trip out to sea on a pedalo is also something that features on many of our 'to-do lists' in sunnier climates.
So it goes without saying that seeing people on a pedalo in Glasgow waters, 1,500 miles away from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, might come as a surprise.
That was the case for one member of the public, who spotted a pair using a pedal boat on the River Clyde yesterday afternoon while out walking along the river.
Naturally the person "couldn't believe their eyes" at the sight of the pair, who were wearing life jackets, having a go on the small boat - with one follower responding with "maybe they took a wrong turn at Torremolinos".
