An online cost of living tracker has revealed Glasgow is being impacted by inflation more than any other city in Scotland.
Think tank, Centre for Cities, has been gathering inflation data from 62 places across England, Wales and Scotland to show how different areas are hit by the ongoing cost of living crisis.
Glaswegians are one of hardest hit people in the country with inflation now sitting at 12.6 per cent in the city, a 6.8 percentage point increase since January and the second worse price increase in the UK with only Burnley ahead at 13 per cent.

This means that those who call Glasgow home are now £138 worse off than they were this time last year.
Prices of necessities have soared with residents splashing £55 more on energy bills, £15.30 extra on fuel, but the last year has only seen grocery costs increase by 23p.
Their east coast neighbours, Edinburgh, have seen a 5.8 percentage point increase with prices rising by 11.1 per cent, which is the lowest increase in Scotland.
But they have seen a sharper increase in energy prices at £60 and groceries at £3.66
As for other Scottish cities, Dundee has seen a 6.6 percentage point increase from the beginning of the year to 12.4 per cent, whilst Aberdonians have seen prices rise by 11.3 per cent.
