Glasgow fitness club launches couch to triathlon scheme for beginners

If you resolved to get fit in the new year but don't know where to start, you'll be jumping at this opportunity.

Fusion Triathalon Club in the west end is offering up the chance to get involved in a 12-week triathlon training programme which aims to introduce new people to the sport.

The Couch to Triathlon scheme is aimed at beginners who have little or no experience, and the team are confident that any novices who sign up will soon be experts in the field by the time they've been put through their paces.

Fusion's Paul Anderson said: "We are aiming this at people in the Glasgow area who want to get fit and try something amazing - and we are really looking forward to working with a group of people and helping them hopefully change their life!"

An information event will be held at the end of January where any potential triathletes can find out more information and meet other members.

In the meantime, you can contact info@fusiontriathlonclub.co.uk or keep an eye for updates here.
