Glasgow City Council hit by cyber attack as warning issued over data

A WARNING has been issued after Glasgow City Council was hit by a cyber attack.

The local authority said it is currently being impacted by a cyber incident, which is disrupting several online services.

The council said the incident may have involved the theft of customer data.
