Police are asking the community for help finding a missing 16-year-old girl from Skokie who may be in Chicago.
Juliana Vargas left her home about 11 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 7600 block of Park Avenue in Skokie and has not been heard from since, Skokie police said.
She is believed to have last been in the area of Pratt Boulevard and Sheridan Road in Rogers Park, police said.
She is 5-foot-5, 145 pounds with brown eyes and dark brown hair with the bottom half a faded red color, police said. She may be wearing a black or gray hooded Nike sweatshirt with Nike sweatpants and white Nike shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Skokie police at 847-982-5900.
