The terrifying incident happened on the Lower Lucan Road at around 11.30am.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who may have saw the accident to come forward.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí in Lucan are investigating a single vehicle serious road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 11:30am on Saturday the 11th of January 2020 on the Lower Lucan Rd, Lucan, Co Dublin.
"One occupant of the car was seriously injured and Gardaí are appealing to any persons who may have witnessed the collision or any road users who may have been in the area at the time and who may have camera footage, to contact them at Lucan Garda Station on 01 - 6667300, The Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station."
